Make Music Matter

The Canadian Australian Club has just been given the opportunity to attend the AUSCAN song summit reception and performance. Not sure what Song Summit is? Well, we're not sure either! Check out their website at:

What to check it out? The CAC has LIMITED spots for members, so the first 20 members who sign up in the next 24 hours will get an invite.

What we do know is there are a few East Coast Canadians there:

Showcasing three of the East Coast of Canada’s most talented and award winning artists Matt Anderson, David Myles and Tim Chaisson, alongside two of Australia’s favourites Henry Wagons and Ray Beadle, the AUSCAN MUSIC SPOTLIGHT CIRCLE is an opportunity to get up close and personal with the writers and their songs. The artists will take the audience on a song writing journey as they illustrate the evolution of a song from its birth to the finished product. The songwriters share their inspirations and successes, along with their frustrations and stumbles. They also share the stories behind their songs and, of course, perform them at Song Summit Live!

Details to come, but put this date in your calendar NOW for the annual Canadian Australian Club Canada Day bash.

What we CAN tell you is that we will be holding it at The Art House on Pitt Street.

Please note that the timing of the Canada Day dinner will be an 18+ evening event this year.

Oh and there will be plenty of Canadian surprises!!
